The purpose of the services offered by DCP Trust Platform ("Platform"), provided by DCP Yönetişim ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("DCP Trust"), is to help customers to comply personal data processing activities with The Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and also it consists of offering solutions that enable them to manage their governance processes.

Before you start using this Platform, please read the following terms carefully and if you do not agree to any of the specified terms, please do not access to the Platform. If you start using the Platform in any way and benefit from any of the solutions provided by the Platform, it will be assumed that you accept all the following terms. In order to use the Platform, you must also read and approve the terms which are located in the Platform under the heading "Privacy & Conditions". 

DCP Trust does not accept any responsibility on direct or indirect damages that may arise from unlawful act, breach of contract or any other reason due to the use of the Platform or any other data contained in the Platform. DCP Trust is also not responsible for errors, negligence, interruption of the transaction that may arise as a result of the actions listed above.
DCP Trust can change the terms of use contract and its annexes at any time, depending on its choice, by unilaterally publishing it on the Platform by any method and/or by informing the User through the User's contact information on the Platform. The User is obliged to follow these changes and updates; it is assumed that the changes are accepted by the User; when they are published and/or notified and also when the User continue to use the Platform. 

As a rule, DCP Trust is the exclusive right owner of any software, design, source code, objective code, directory, visual or content on the Platform. In order to provide the services within the scope of this contract; the products and/or services used on the Platform, projects, documents, images, texts, bulletins, slogans, videos, designs, know-how and all kinds of commercial information, illustrations, database, any data related to flow of the system, all kinds of logos, emblems and ideas of data, trademarks and commercial views of DCP Trust and/or its business partners, flows, source codes, research, codes, techniques, statistics, financial and moral rights regarding to intellectual property rights are all owned by DCP Trust and DCP Trust has exclusively all rights arising from the relevant legislation regarding these contents. The User, the company that allows access to the Platform and other company officials who access to the Platform acknowledges that they cannot copy, reproduce, use, distribute, process any information, content source codes within the scope of DCP Trust and also the User accept and agree not to use the Platform except for the purpose of providing. The User acknowledges that the information and documents which are uploaded to the Platform or created in the Platform will be out of use and out of reach when the test/trial period is over and the use of the Platform will be subject to the conditions set by DCP Trust.

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved by the Central Courts of İstanbul and the Execution Offices.
