1. Non-transferrable license. The Customer, including its direct employees and contractors, are the only authorized party to use the Product. Therefore, the Customer agrees not to resell, lend or otherwise transfer this License to any person or entity.
2. Premium features. Some of the features included with the application may be subject to additional cost. Please confirm with your account manager to identify these premium features.
3. Confidentiality. The Customer agrees not to disclose any parts of this Agreement to any third parties without written consent from the Provider.
