Service Period: 12 months from the Commencement Date

Trial Period: First 14 days of the Service Period. No Fees are applicable under the Trial Period. The Trial Period also has a 200 user limit.

Renewals: Applicable as set out in the Agreement

Implementation Fee: No Implementation Fee applies

Subscription Fees: 60.000 USD     
 The Subscription Fee includes the analysis of 8.300 gameplays per calendar month (partial months are calculated on a pro-rata basis). To be paid in advance, after the Trial Period. The Subscription Fee is due within 7 days from the issuance of the invoice unless a longer period is indicated on the invoice for payment.  

Usage Fees 
Between 8.301-100.000 number of monthly analyzed videos, the usage fee is 0.6 USD / analyzed gameplay video.
Between 100.001-200.000 number of monthly analyzed videos, the usage fee is 0.55 USD / analyzed gameplay video.
Between 200.001-300.000 number of monthly analyzed videos, the usage fee is 0.5 USD / analyzed gameplay video.
Between 300.001-400.000 number of monthly analyzed videos, the usage fee is 0.45 USD / analyzed gameplay video.
Above 400.001 number of monthly analyzed videos, the usage fee is 0.4 USD / analyzed gameplay video.       
To be paid subsequently on a monthly basis calculated based on the number of gameplays analyzed by Omnicoach each month during the Service Period exceeding the number of gameplays analysis included in the Subscription Fee.
The Usage Fee is billed during the first week of the subsequent month. The Usage Fee is due within 7 days from the issuance of the invoice unless a longer period is indicated on the invoice for payment.

Omnicoach Services Ordered: Implementing the Omnicoach Services, setting up the Customer Subdomain in accordance with the Customer’s instructions.
