Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the evaluation license term begins on the date of download of the Software and continues for the lesser of a period of 90 days for all Software, but 15 days for SkyLIGHT PVX™ Software or on notice of termination by ACCEDIAN (the “Evaluation License Term”). ACCEDIAN may terminate your license immediately
without notice to you for your failure to comply with any of the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must immediately destroy the Software, together with all copies, adaptations and merged portions thereof in any form. Any inquiries to acquire licenses to the Software once the Evaluation License Term has expired shall be made to marketing@accedian.com.
