All employee's info is stored and selected from a single location and it can only be edited using the Signature 365 central console. Optionally user data can be read from the Active Directory. In addition to basic employee information, the e-signature can also include promotional content. The e-signature can be used as an excellent marketing tool for advertising current promotions, notifications and events. Use the central console to simply add image files and URL links to external content. Signature365 is a per user per month fee service. Service description / Content of service Signature365 Plugin has to be installed as a plugin on customers MS Office Outlook mail client. The Setup is downloadable, available through download section on ALSO Marketplace or Signature365 website. It installs with an installer, guiding the user through the installation process. 2. Provisioning data and Data protection laws - Will Data of Reseller or End-Customer (User) be sent outside the EU/EFTA when ordering / provisioning the Product?
