Definition For the purpose of this license document, the “open-source KUSANAGI virtual machine” shall mean any type of virtual machines, instances, images or as such that is used as a template to deploy a working operating system where the open-source KUSANAGI virtual machine is distributed. The open-source KUSANAGI virtual machine may have different editions and different names depending on the distributed platform. General principles The open-source KUSANAGI virtual machine is a collection of many different computer programs and documents created by a range of individuals, teams and companies. Each of these computer programs as well as documents may come under a different license. This document describes the licenses that various components of the open-source KUSANAGI virtual machine might be distributed under, but it does not constitute an agreement or license between Prime-Strategy Co., Ltd. and any other entity.
