Descripción del servicio de Outsourcing de Operación KPO en modelo SaaS 
Neurona ofrece el servicio de Outsourcing (KPO) para el procesamiento y operación de transferencias propias e interbancarias débito y crédito usando las cámaras de compensación ACH Colombia y ACH CENIT a través de la Solución Neurona.  
Con este servicio se tienen los siguientes preceptos: 
Para la operación 
• Neurona se encarga de mantener un centro alterno con contingencia y continuidad de negocio en con Microsoft y Amazon. • Activar las componentes adicionales que la Entidad Financiera desee activar. • Mantener niveles de seguridad certificados en ISO 27001. • Proveer toda la información requerida para la conciliación y cuadre operativo de las transacciones. • Dar soporte a toda la operación de transferencias de dinero. • Monitorear durante el tiempo de operación de las ACH, el flujo del proceso, contando con una persona especializada. • Cumplir con los ANS que se definan en disponibilidad y tiempos de procesamiento. Para activación de los servicios por demanda 
• Cada vez que se requiera un nuevo módulo, se realizará un mini-proyecto, en el que se hace un plan de activación, que incluye la capacitación, la revisión de impactos, la fecha adecuada para la activación, validación de requisitos, las pruebas pertinentes, gestión de riesgos y el paso a producción. • Estas actividades se inician con una solicitud formal de activación por parte la Entidad Financiera.  Entregables por parte de Neurona 
• Infraestructura con nivel de seguridad ISO 27001 para la entrada a producción bajo el modelo de Outsourcing SaaS. • La infraestructura utilizada será acorde a nivel transaccional de la Entidad Financiera. • Alta disponibilidad de infraestructura proporcionada por Neurona para la operación. • Personal experto en el tema, durante las etapas de definición e implantación.

Description of the KPO Operation Outsourcing service in SaaS model
Neurona offers the Outsourcing Service (KPO) for the processing and operation of own and interbank debit and credit transfers using the ACH Colombia and ACH CENIT clearinghouses through the Neurona Solution.
With this service we have the following precepts:
For the operation
• Neurona is in charge of maintaining an alternative center with contingency and business continuity with Microsoft and Amazon. • Activate the additional components that the Financial Entity wishes to activate. • Maintain security levels certified in ISO 27001. • Provide all the information required for the reconciliation and operational settlement of transactions. • Support the entire money transfer operation. • Monitor the flow of the process during the operation time of the ACH, with a specialized person. • Comply with the ANS that are defined in availability and processing times. To activate services on demand
• Each time a new module is required, a mini-project will be carried out, in which an activation plan is made, which includes training, review of impacts, the appropriate date for activation, validation of requirements, tests relevant, risk management and the transition to production. • These activities are initiated with a formal request for activation by the Financial Entity. • Infrastructure with ISO 27001 security level for entry into production under the SaaS Outsourcing model. • The infrastructure used will be according to the transactional level of the Financial Entity. • High availability of infrastructure provided by Neurona for the operation. • Expert staff in the subject, during the definition and implementation stages.
