1. Supportability: The solution is hosted on the named hosting platform and the service level availability aligns with the hosting platform. Imago cannot provide additional availability on the service and will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulted from the services provided by the hosting platform. 2. Capacity: The solution performs up to the possible capacity of the named hosting platform. Customer may consider subscribe to additional solution service to scale up the capacity when necessary. 3. Change in solution: For any new vocabulary or sentence provided by the customer, Imago will add such data to the solution within a 30-days period after receiving such request. 4. Tuning and Optimization: We will not provide exhaustive tuning and optimization effort. Rather, the service utilizes historical data to analyze what are the areas for improvement. Imago periodically will propose improvement to the solution for the customer as well. 5. solution result: We will not guarantee results generated by the solution. Rather, configuration, training data and best practice will be applied to the solution. However, the result may still be unpredictable. 6. Solution usage: We assume the service is meant to be used within customer’s environment. 7. Billing and Credit: All service credits will be billed quarterly in advance. Any unused credit after the validity period will be forfeited automatically. 8. Advance Subscription Credit: In case of advance usage of next quarter’s credit, all credit amount used that has exceeded previous payment milestone will be due and payable on the first day of next payment milestone. 9. Termination: The customer may terminate the contract by acquitting a cancellation fee equal to the total credit amount of the remaining number of months agreed in the contract.
