1.	The product is provided on an “as is” basis without any representation or warranty, whether express, implied or otherwise to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and defects.

2.	You agree that this product and/or linked services shall not be used for any unlawful activity that would violate or assist in violation of any applicable law, regulation or policy.

3.	You accept that Stratis Group Ltd disclaims any liability or consequential damages and assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the misuse of the Stratis Group Ltd. products. In no event will Stratis Group Ltd. be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

4.	You agree to indemnify, exculpate and hold Stratis Group Ltd., its officers, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assignees or suppliers harmless from any claim or demand permissible by law arising out of or related to the use of the product, including any breach by you of these Terms or violation of any law, rule, or rights of a third party.

5.	You may discontinue use of the product and associated services at any time. These Terms of Service will continue to apply to past use by you.

6.	In no event shall Stratis Group Ltd., its officers, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assignees or suppliers be liable for:

    -	Any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages
    -	Any loss of data, use, sales, business (including profits) whether direct or indirect in any, and all cases arising out of use or inability to use the product including any form of security breach, hack or attack.
    -	Any loss, errors, omissions or misplacement of coins or any other digital asset transacted through the product or otherwise.
    -	Any transaction confirmation delays or lack of completions.

7.	In no way should Stratis Group Ltd., the provider of the product, be considered legal, financial, purchasing advice or any other kind of specialized or expert advice on which the user might detrimentally depend, causing liability against Stratis Group Ltd. in using the product, you represent and warrant that you have sought any legal, financial, purchasing or otherwise specialized advice from an expert qualified to provide such counsel, or else you have the sufficient knowledge and sophistication to evaluate the risks and merits associated with Blockchain and/or ICO (Initial Coin Offering).

8.	If any part of this disclaimer is held to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to be valid and enforceable.

9.	Stratis Group Ltd. reserves the right to make changes in the product without notification. Stratis Group Ltd. also make no representation or warranty that such application will be suitable for the specified use without further testing or modification.
