LICENSE AGREEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED UPON PURCHASE AND CONTRACT SIGNATURE

General Conditions

 You as an individual are accessing Coins Construction Cloud under the instruction of the Company (“ Company”)  you work for.
 Coins Construction Cloud is provided by Construction Industry Solutions Ltd ( COINS). 

Your Company has entered into an agreement ( “ the Agreement”) which contains the conditions on which the Company is entitled to use Coins Construction Cloud.

You as a individual are responsible for ensuring that your Company complies with the Agreement.

By using Coins Construction Cloud you confirm the following.  Once you have read these conditions you must tick the box to confirm you have agreed to them and this forms a Cloud Access Agreement on the date you do so.

I understand and commit to comply with the following:

1.	I will take full responsibility for the log in names and passwords created for or by me in relation to Coins Construction Cloud and will not share them with any third party.
2.	I acknowledge and accept that  I will  be responsible for any loss damage breach of confidentiality or other loss resulting from my failure to comply with condition 1 above.
3.	 I understand that COINS may have an agreement with a third party to host Coins Construction Cloud and if I do not comply with these conditions I may cause COINS to be in breach of such agreement  in which case I may be liable for any loss suffered by COINS as a result.
4.	 I will not allow any unauthorised access to Coins Construction Cloud.
5.	I will not knowingly do anything which will load unauthorised software or data into Coins Construction Cloud.
6.	I understand that the Company is a controller of Personal Data as defined in the  Data Laws ( as defined below) and I will ensure that I do not breach such Data Laws.
7.	I will ensure that I keep all personal data ( as defined in the Data Laws)  confidential.
8.	If I do not fully understand these terms I will obtain advice from my employer on the meaning of them before I enter into them.
“Data Laws” means  the EU General Data Protection Regulation ( 2016/679)  ( GDPR)   or in such similar UK law as implements or reflects or succeeds it or is enacted in the United Kingdom from time to time or such similar legislation which may apply to me or the Company from time to time.
