▪️ The platform is a web-based applications hosted in the Azure data centre. 
▪️ A minimum contract period of 1-years applies, with market related (with a minimum CPI linked) price update applied on 1st November per annum for all related fees.
▪️ Incubation, Training &/or Managed Service options that potential end customers may require, are available on request and chargeable
▪️ Invoicing shall occur on; (1) activation of the service with the supply of the unique URL and administrator login details; (2) the completion of services rendered; and/or (3) the 1st of each month.
▪️ All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the date specified on the invoice
▪️ Validity – this proposal is valid for thirty (30) days from the proposal date
▪️ Specific customer developments (not considered bug fixes, enhancements or generic feature developments) shall be discussed and detailed in a separate quotation
Claritech’s General Terms and Conditions along with any Specific Conditions of Sale as may apply to this offer and included in this proposal shall govern the provisioning of this service. Final contractual terms and conditions beyond these shall be negotiated in good faith between the Parties.
