AZURE FARMBEATS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (PREVIEW)

By using the Azure FarmBeats preview, you agree to the following:

Preview
The Azure FarmBeats preview is licensed to you as part of your or your company's Azure subscription. Your use of preview is governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement under which you or your company obtained the Azure subscription. Because this is a preview version, it is provided "as-is," "with all faults," and "as-available," and it is excluded from the SLAs and all limited warranties provided in the agreement associated with your Azure subscription. By proceeding you acknowledge the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Microsoft Azure preview terms.

Term
The term of this agreement is the earlier of (a) six months from date of installation or (b) the date Microsoft releases a commercial version of Azure FarmBeats.

Confidentiality
The Azure FarmBeats preview is confidential information and subject to obligation in your Non-Disclosure Agreement with Microsoft.

Data Collection
Microsoft offers preview, insider, beta, or other free-of-charge products and features ("previews") to enable you to evaluate them while providing Microsoft with data about your use of the product. Previews may automatically collect certain data (with the default collection setting to "on"), and otherwise employ different privacy and security measures than those available in our commercially released products. In the Azure FarmBeats preview, we may collect general usage information, telemetry, error information and other log data, but we will not access or collect information that is stored within your Azure tenant (e.g. measurements or analysis). Please see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for more information. By participating in the Azure FarmBeats preview, we may contact you about your feedback or your interest in continuing to use the product after general release.
