MicroTrack management systems (software, reports and hardware equipment) were designed to facilitate the organization and control of: fleet, people, assets or other variables. Under no circumstances MICRACEL S.A. (developer and manufacturer of microTrack products) guarantees or cannot guarantee, that the Software and / or the Hardware will work without errors; therefore, Micracel S.A., will not be responsible for damages or losses of any kind, caused by the use or misuse of the system, for lack / errors / loss of information, configuration or failures in the notifications of the same. Limited warranty: The responsibility of Micracel S.A., is limited, to the replacement of microTrack hardware, within the conditions of limited warranty. Limited Warranty: The components of the MicroTrack Hardware are guaranteed, against any proven defect and / or its proper functioning, for a period of 12 months from the date of installation of these. It does not include the transfer of technical staff in the case that the repair is not made in the microTrack branches. This guarantee is not valid for: • Inadequate treatment of equipment in storage or use. • When corrective maintenance is carried out by staff non-related to our company. • Natural wear of parts and / or sets. • Inappropriate use or vandalism. The GSM / GPRS communication system is operated and supported by the cellular operator CLARO, Movistar or others, (installed as appropriate and according to the criteria of Micracel SA), therefore the availability of the same is not guaranteed, If the 3G - 2G GSM / GPRS system (depending on installed equipment) has a service defect or degradation, the acquiring company, together with Micracel SA, must adopt a contingency plan based on the manual collection system up to the restoration of the system, with additional cost to the monthly payment in force for each client, to be determined in each case.
