This ensures that we have all the necessary information in one place. In addition, please remember to provide us with a valid reference number and/or PO number for each project. Wortell Enterprise security cannot be held responsible for incorrect or missing reference numbers. APPLICABILITY We’ve done our very best to bring these terms and conditions to your attention. They explain what you can expect from us and what we can expect from you. These terms and conditions apply to all our services. In some cases, we may modify them or make additional agreements with our customers. These changes and/or additions will always be put in writing and will always take precedence over the terms and conditions stated here. A DEAL IS A DEAL Work assignments and other agreements may take place within the context of a project, a service level agreement, a managed services agreement or using our prepaid service credits. Before we carry out any work on your behalf, we will first make sure that everyone understands exactly what we intend to do and why. Practical arrangements regarding the nature of our collaboration, scheduling, etc., will also be made in advance. The assignment must be confirmed in writing before we can draw up a definitive schedule. Wortell will only bill you for the actual time spent. If we need more time than originally estimated, we will discuss this with you before proceeding. COMPLAINTS We strive to provide you with top-notch service. If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the matter. Our procedure for handling complaints is as follows: Please send an email detailing your complaint to info@wortell.nl. Make sure to describe the issue as clearly as possible so that we can determine how best to help you. You’ll hear back from us within two days. At that point, we’ll either help you immediately or will let you know how much time we need to correct the situation.
