IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This CompuSight License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“End-User/Customer”) and CompuSight for the software product(s) which may also include Software Documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, Customer agrees to the the terms of this Agreement.

By receiving, opening the Solution package, and/or using Solution software, you agree that this End User User License Agreement(EULA) is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by CompuSight your use of the Solution indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

License Agreement (“EULA”) read carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using CompuSight Solution.
By clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using the Solution, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the “I Agree” button and do not download or use the Application.

Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Solution or make the Solution available to any third party.
The Restrictions section is for applying certain restrictions on the Solution usage, e.g. user can’t sell Solution, user can’t distribute the Solution, user can’t modify the Solution.

Modifications to Solution
CompuSight reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Solution or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. The Modifications to Solution section is for apps that will be updated or regularly maintained.

Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or CompuSight. CompuSight may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from CompuSight, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Solution and all copies. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Solution and delete all copies of the Solution.

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement
CompuSight reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 (changes this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
