Partner Portals and Registration As a CDSI Partner, you may choose to register with the Site to access additional Software or Materials. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information as prompted by the corresponding Registration page and maintain certain profile information to keep it accurate and current. Your email address will serve as your Site login User ID and you will be asked to create a password to login to your account. You may not share your User ID and password (Credentials) with anyone else. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Credentials. You agree to immediately notify CDSI of any unauthorized use of your Credentials. Site Updates CDSI reserves the right to add, delete, or modify its contents, functionality, and materials at any time without prior notice. Termination of Use CDSI may discontinue all or parts of the Site at any time without prior notice, or to block, terminate or suspend any or all user’s Credentials for access to the Site at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. Site Ownership The Site and its content are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other laws governing intellectual property rights. CDSI does not assign to anyone, through allowing access to the Site, any ownership rights in the Site or in any content appearing on or made available through the Site. CDSI makes no representations regarding the correctness, performance or quality of any software found at any such sites. You should research and assess the risks which may be involved in accessing and using any software on the Internet before using it. Controlling Law and Severability This Agreement and Your use of the Site is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or a portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. Any cause of action with respect to the Site or this Agreement must be instituted within one year after the claim or cause of action has risen or be barred and must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state of New York. This Agreement may not be changed or modified without the written consent of CDSI.
