Thank you for choosing Evolve IP for your vital technology needs. As a customer, your contract with Evolve IP consists of your Master Service Agreement (hereinafter, the “MSA”), which incorporates by reference the Additional Terms and Conditions below (hereinafter, the “Additional Terms”), the Service Exhibits below (hereinafter, the “Service Exhibits”), the Acceptable Use Policy below (hereinafter, the “AUP”), and the Statement of Work below (hereinafter, the “SOW”).

BY EXECUTING THE MSA, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, THE SERVICE EXHIBITS, THE SOW, THE AUP AND THE OTHER SCHEDULES SET FORTH BELOW. EVOLVE IP MAY CHANGE THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, SERVICE EXHIBITS, SOW, AUP AND OTHER SCHEDULES LISTED BELOW AT ANY TIME. YOU SHOULD CHECK THIS SITE FREQUENTLY FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION.
