TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE

NashTech Accelerators are owed by NashTech, and client can use it freely as part of solutions delivered from NashTech. Such re-usable components from NashTech Accelerators must be declared by NashTech and approved upon the usage agreement via email by the Client before inclusion. In such circumstances NashTech will grant the Client non-exclusive perpetual license usage with below conditions in case client agrees using NashTech accelerator as part of solutions NashTech teams deliver to client:
- Royalty-free deployment: NashTech will deploy accelerator in client environments royalty-free, clients may use them without additional licensing fees, can facilitate leveraging assets beyond the engagement with NashTech.
- Scope of upgrades: any further upgrade or enhancement required, beyond the existing offerings of NT Accelerator, is managed as change request within project scope, and NashTech team ensures the modifications or enhancements are aligned with clients’ requirements and objectives.
- Responsibility and usage: NashTech is not liable for any code amendments or external usage at client side. Clients urged to adhere to best practice for proper functionality and encouraged compliance with guidelines of NashTech Accelerators for compatibility.
