Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Insight Application by Core42
	1	Acceptance of Terms
	1	By accessing and using Insight, you agree to these T&Cs. Disagreements with any part of the terms require discontinuation of the Insight use.
	2	Description of Service
	1	Insight offers tools for deploying sovereign controls in Hyperscaler environments and a dashboard for compliance, compliance scoring, and control drift monitoring. This service is designed to assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
	3	Subscription and Payment
	1	The app requires a subscription which is linked to the agreement signed for Cloud Consumption and Sovereign Controls agreement.. Refunds are not available for partial use or early cancellation.
	4	Use of the App
	1	Insight is for lawful, intended purposes only. Any misuse can result in suspension or termination of your account. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, data mining, and interference with our infrastructure.
	5	User Accounts and Security
	1	You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. Core42 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
	6	Intellectual Property Rights
	1	Core42 holds all rights to the Insight app. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Insight in line with these T&Cs. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
	7	User-Generated Content
	1	You retain rights to any content you submit through Insight but grant Core42 a license to use this content for operating and improving the app. You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
