IMPORTANT: DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL OR USE ANY QLIK PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU (THE “USER”) HAVE READ AND AGREED 
TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE USING QLIK PRODUCTS, YOU ACCEPT AND 
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 
1. Applicable Agreement. User may use Qlik Forts accessed via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace (“Qlik Software”) only in 
accordance with the terms and conditions of the Qlik agreement that governs its use of the Qlik Software ("Agreement"), as 
modified by these terms and conditions (“Additional Terms”). Use of the Qlik Software is expressly conditioned on the User’s
compliance with the terms of the Agreement and these Additional Terms. By using the Qlik Software, User represents that User
is duly authorized to legally bind the Customer to the terms of the Agreement and these Additional Terms. The Agreement and 
the Additional Terms constitute the entire agreement for the use of the Qlik Software. “Customer” means the individual or 
company that entered into the Agreement with the applicable Qlik entity.
2. Limited License. Subject to the User’s compliance with the Agreement and these Additional Terms, Qlik grants to the User and 
Customer (together the “Customer Entities”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Qlik 
Software within Pre-Installed Images deployed in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace in accordance with the Agreement. "PreInstalled Image" means a virtual machine image offered by Qlik in which the Qlik Software is pre-installed.
3. Use within Microsoft Azure. Customer Entities may use the Qlik Software only within pre-installed images that Qlik deploys in 
Microsoft Azure. Customer Entities have no rights or license in any pre-installed images. User may not duplicate the Qlik 
Software, or use the Qlik Software on any other device or system, including, but not limited to, on-premises computing systems, 
other virtualized or cloud computing environments, or other Microsoft Azure virtual machines.
4. Term. Provided that all Customer Entities comply with the terms of the Agreement and the Additional Terms, the right of each 
Customer Entity to use the Qlik Software will continue for as long as Qlik continues to offer the Qlik Software. In the event that 
Qlik elects to discontinue offering the Qlik Software, these Additional Terms will terminate. Qlik may terminate the Additional 
Terms immediately in the event of any breach of the terms of the Agreement or these Additional Terms. Upon termination of 
these Additional Terms, Customer Entities must immediately discontinue use of the Qlik Software.
