These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Voiceback Analytics's JSON2CSV API service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

Our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voiceback Analytics and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
