General Terms (more specifics are in the executed agreements)

<li>Data will be uploaded to Precision Campus under a FERPA exception that allows information to be shared if it is for educational improvement. Precision Campus understands that the data contain sensitive information that should be protected against unauthorized disclosure.</li>
<li>The reports are intended for purposes of quality assurance and improvement and do not constitute data for research to be publicly presented or published by Precision Campus.</li>
<li>All personally identifiable data will be destroyed within 90 days of termination or completion of this agreement.</li>
<li>Precision Campus agrees that the data will not be disclosed to any third parties for any reason other than to comply with legal obligations.</li>
