By subscribing to any product or service sold by Confluent (“Confluent Services”) on the Azure Marketplace, you agree to the Confluent Cloud Services Agreement located at https://www.confluent.io/contracts/ (“CSA”) and the applicable product and service descriptions located at https://www.confluent.io/contracts/ (“Product Descriptions”).  If you have a signed version of the CSA ("Negotiated CSA") that has not expired or been terminated and covers the Confluent Services being purchased through the Azure Marketplace, then the Negotiated CSA will govern your use of such Confluent Services purchased on the Azure Marketplace, as well as the applicable Product Descriptions.
