The below terms and conditions must be met by the customer before the start of the managed services contract:
Client will provide all user accounts required by Oxford Computer Group to perform their duties which may include Administrative roles.
Customer should have applicable Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions purchased and ready. 

Early Termination
If the customer decides to terminate the managed services contract early, termination fees equal to one month's service cost will be billed to the customer. 

Client staff will be on hand to provide timely assistance to any requirements gathering, design review/approval, infrastructure, hardware or networking requests/issues that may arise. Delayed response and any inability to resolve issues in a timely manner is likely to result in inefficient use of resources, resulting in cost overruns and/or schedule changes, which will be managed using the Change Management Process to increase pricing.
