JOB ORDER & MSA

Client will issue a Job Order upon accepting this proposal in order to commence the project. The project will be governed by the terms and conditions that are specified in this proposal, Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the Job Order.


THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS - WARRANTY & PRICING

If we use any third party tools or components with due approval from the Client for the project as mentioned in the proposal, we make no warranty on such tools or components to the Client, but agree to pass through any warranty offered by the third party to the Client. The terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement of the associated components are applicable to the end user. The Client shall pay for the required number of licenses for these components. At the end of engagement these licenses will be returned to the Client.

SCOPE CHANGE

The price of project is based on the scope mentioned in this proposal. Any change requested by Client beyond the agreed scope that requires additional effort to implement may require additional charges and will follow the change control procedure.

PRIVACY CLAUSE

We treat all information from Client with the highest degree of protection and confidentiality. No information will be made available to third parties, unless obliged to do so by law or legal process. All measures will be taken to avoid unauthorized changes, alteration or access by third parties who might use them for ends other than those requested by the user. 

VALIDITY CLAUSE

This proposal is valid for a period of ONE month from submission.
