Preview Terms:
The Healthcare data solutions on Microsoft Fabric Preview (the "Preview") is subject to the Supplemental Terms of Use for Microsoft Azure Previews. Unless otherwise noted, Customer should not use the Preview to process Personal Data or other data that is subject to legal or regulatory compliance requirements. 

Restrictions:
You may use the Preview solely for testing, evaluation and feedback. Production workloads are not permitted.

Customer acknowledges that the Preview (1) is not designed, intended or made available as a medical device(s), and (2) is not designed or intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or judgment and should not be used to replace or as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or judgment. Customer is solely responsible for displaying and/or obtaining appropriate consents, warnings, disclaimers, and acknowledgements to end users of Customer’s implementation of the Preview.

Confidentiality:
The Preview and any associated materials or documentation are confidential information and subject to obligations in your Non-Disclosure Agreement with Microsoft.
