5. Limitation of Liability

a. AppSec Labs and CybeRapid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

b. Users agree to use CybeRapid's services at their own risk and understand that the application is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied.
