Wyzetalk owns the platform 
Only use and access the Wyzetalk Platform in accordance with the terms of:

1. Not cede, assign, transfer and/or novate this Agreement to any other individual and/or entity, whether natural or juristic, without obtaining the explicit written consent of Wyzetalk in advance. Wyzetalk retains the right to reject any proposed transfer of this Agreement to a specific person or company without providing reasons for such a decision.

2. Not sub-license, sell, transfer, assign rights nor provide access or use to any unauthorised third party in respect of the Wyzetalk Platform.

3. Not modify, translate, generate, or create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from the Wyzetalk Platform.

4. Not use the Wyzetalk Platform to develop any platform which competes in any way, whether directly or indirectly, with the Wyzetalk Platform.

5. Use the Wyzetalk Platform in a manner that complies with all applicable laws including intellectual property and copyright laws.

6. Not permit any usernames and passwords of Users to be cached in proxy servers and/or accessed by individuals who are not authorised to do so.

7. Ensure that the Wyzetalk Platform is only accessed by Users through a single username and password per User.

8. Not intentionally interfere with or disrupt the Wyzetalk Platform, or servers or networks connected to the Wyzetalk Platform.

9. Not violate any codes of conduct, requirements, terms of use, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Wyzetalk Platform, as have been conveyed to the Customer.

10. Procure that, insofar as the obligations and requirements referred to above may be applicable to Users, all Users comply with such obligations and requirements.

The customer is:

1. Responsible for the security of their devices on which they access the Wyzetalk Platform; and

2. do not use any other software to log onto their user account, unless authorised by both Parties and integrated to use the Wyzetalk Platform.

3. Wyzetalk may include certain Platforms and/or Services in the Wyzetalk Platform that are provided to Wyzetalk by third parties. Wyzetalk will clearly indicate if this is the case to the Customer and, if applicable, will set out any additional terms and conditions applicable to the use of such Platforms and/or Services.
