TERMS & CONDITIONS

This proposal will only be valid upon written agreement on the terms and conditions by Adeo Cyber Security Services. This proposal is valid for the following 30 working days after submission.

Neither party can use or disclose information collected on confidential matters, business activities or working conditions about the other party.

All the services mentioned in this proposal will be invoiced to Adeo Cyber Security Services after services are delivered and completed.

                  ADEO does not undertake any other responsibility apart from the conditions mentioned in this proposal. 

ADEO" makes no commitments other than the conditions set out in this offer.

 With the approval of our proposal in this way, the protocol is in force and the parties will be bound.

The parties may not transfer the information transmitted to them and/or the information obtained during the work to third parties or institutions in any way or use them in any other work. The parties are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of this information

As per the order, our Managed SOC contract, scope of work document (SOW), Service Level Agreement (SLA) and non-disclosure agreement will be transmitted and signed between ADEO and customer.
