DEFINITIONS
        1.1 InfraGenie refers to the Azure-based Software-as-a-Service product provided by the Licensor.
        
        1.2 Services refers to the access and use of InfraGenie, which will be billed by Microsoft every month based on consumption.
        
        1.3 Licensee Data refers to all data provided by the Licensee and processed through InfraGenie.
        
        LICENSE
        2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use InfraGenie.
        
        2.2 The Licensee will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure of InfraGenie.
        
        PAYMENT
        3.1 The Licensee will be billed by Microsoft directly for their use of InfraGenie on a monthly basis, based on their usage of the Services.
        
        OWNERSHIP AND CONFIDENTIALITY
        4.1 The Licensor retains all rights, titles, and interest in InfraGenie, including all intellectual property rights.
        
        4.2 The Licensee shall keep confidential any non-public information regarding InfraGenie and the Services.
        
        DATA PROTECTION
        5.1 The Licensee retains all rights, titles, and interests in Licensee Data. The Licensor will use Licensee Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
        
        5.2 The Licensor will implement reasonable safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Licensee Data.
        
        TERMINATION
        6.1 This Agreement will continue until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
