Terms and Conditions for Field Service Management Business App

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between the user ("User") and the provider, QSS, located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. By accessing or using the Field Service Management Business App ("App"), the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should refrain from using the App.

License Grant:
QSS grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for their internal business purposes only. This license is granted on the condition that the User complies with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

App Access and Security:
The User acknowledges that access to the App is restricted to authorized users only. The User agrees to maintain the security and confidentiality of their login credentials and any other access information. The User shall be solely responsible for any activities conducted through their account.

Intellectual Property:
The App and all associated content, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of QSS or its licensors. The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without prior written consent from QSS.

Privacy and Data Protection:
QSS respects the User's privacy and will handle their personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Privacy Policy. By using the App, the User consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitations of Liability:
The User understands and agrees that the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QSS does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. QSS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

Termination:
QSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the App and delete any downloaded or installed copies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and QSS regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the Field Service Management Business App, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they should refrain from using the App.
