This is an Annual Subscription Service and quantities indicated above are on a "per year" basis.
1. Interest on delayed payments will be chargeable at 18% p.a pro-rata from Invoice date
2. Payments can be made online (OR) thru' Cheque (OR) NEFT/RTGS mode.

4. This Order, and/or Invoice, and your acceptance thereof shall be subject all times to Think7's Customer Terms of Service available on the Think7 website at https://think7.in/terms-of-use/
5. Any Terms & Conditions laid out in this Order, and/or Invoice, where found to be in conflict with the above, this Order Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
