“If you accept this Order Quote by sending a Purchase Order to Microsoft referencing this Order Quote, the terms of Nuance Healthcare Master Agreement available at the following URL: https://www.nuance.com/content/dam/nuance/en_us/terms-and-conditions/healthcare/terms-and-conditions-nuance-version.pdf shall apply in addition to the MS Azure Marketplace ‘Other Terms’ in the Order Document hereto. Upon receipt by Nuance of a Purchase Order issued by Microsoft referencing this Order Quote, you will be deemed to have placed an Order for the Goods and Services set out herein with Nuance.”
