END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using MFA or ACCESS42 by Fortytwo42 Technology Innovations Private Limited. 
This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal agreement between Customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, "You" or "Yours") and Fortytwo42 Technology Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated under Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Office No. 201 A, 2nd Floor, Siddh Icon, Baner, Pune – 411045, MH, India (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, "We" or "Us") governing the use of I-AM® ACCESS42 or I-AM® MFA (hereinafter referred to as "Software").
1. Grant of License:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes, in accordance with the intended use specified in the documentation, during the term of this agreement.
2. Restrictions:
a. You shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
b. You shall not sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the Software to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.
c. You shall not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Software.
3. Intellectual Property Rights:
a. The Software and all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, associated with the Software are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company.
b. You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, suggestions, or improvements provided by you related to the Software shall become the property of the Company, and the Company may use such information without any obligation to you.
4. Privacy and Data Security:
a. The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy “https://www.fortytwolabs.com/privacypolicy” for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your data.
b. You acknowledge and agree that the Software may collect certain information for the purpose of improving the functionality and security of the Software. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and use of data.
