Unless you have separately executed an Order Form or Terms of Service with dbt Labs, Inc., all purchases made through this marketplace listing shall be subject to the terms of the Microsoft Standard Contract and the dbt Labs Terms of Service available at https://www.getdbt.com/enterprise-terms/; in the event of conflict between the Microsoft Standard Contract and the dbt Labs Terms of Service, the dbt Labs Terms of Service shall take precedence.
