Timing and Terms EIS will supply a Master Services Agreement for IT Services along with a formal Statement of Work, created specific to the client project. EIS will estimate that the project effort and cost. The client will approve the SoW and agree to all terms in the MSA prior to work being scheduled. Exceeding initial hours or defined scope will require amending the SOW or a new SOW will be generated at that time. Client will be charged/billed only hours used and not over the estimated total hours for projects and requests. The EIS Proposal will adhere to a Proposal Expiration Date. Payment Terms: · EIS will invoice weekly for projects that are less than 90 days in duration, monthly for project that are over 90 days in duration, or as project phases are complete in a pre-defined plan for the project. EIS requires or waive a down payment of 10% of the total project cost prior to resource scheduling for any projects. The down payment can also be added to the first weekly billing for projects less than 90 days in duration. · EIS terms are Due Upon Receipt of Invoice Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
