GDPR COMPLIANCE 
Both CSI and the Client will comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. 
In accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation, the Data Processing Compliance Statement sets out the scope, nature and purpose of processing by CSI, the duration of the processing and the types of personal data and categories of Data Subject applicable to this Statement of Work.

Definition of Data Protection Legislation 
Means any Applicable Law in the UK relating to the processing, privacy, and use of Personal Data, as applicable to the Client, CSI and/or the Services, including: 
I.	in the United Kingdom: 
a.	the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, SI 2003/2426, and any laws or regulations implementing or replacing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive) or Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive); and/or 
b.	the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and/or any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations; and 
II.	any judicial or administrative interpretation of any of the above, any guidance, guidelines, codes of practice, approved codes of conduct or approved certification mechanisms issued by any relevant Supervisory Authority;

The information contained within this document is confidential. The information is submitted on the basis that it will be held in confidence and will not be disclosed, duplicated or used, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than to implement the projects and activities described within this document. 
Disclaimer
CSI will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of errors in connection with the preparation of this document, due to the provision to it of false, misleading or incomplete information or documentation or due to any acts or omissions of any other person. The Client indemnifies CSI from any liability it may have to the Client or any third party as a result of any information supplied to CSI by the Client or any of its agents, where such information and documentation is false, misleading or incomplete in any material respect.
