Services and Subscriptions can be added / removed on a Month-to-Month basis.
Estimated hours will be reviewed by both parties on a monthly basis and right-sized as needed.
Capital Data will do its upmost to meet any committed SLAs. Any failure to meet these commitments will be discussed with Customer to agree upon the best method of resolution.
