Access to documents regarding SREG products and services:The personal data you provide in the contact form (name, surname, email) will be processed by SREG in order to allow you to access and download informative and commercial content from SREG (whitepapers, technical papers, sales collateral, etc.).
The legal basis for the aforementioned purposes is that the treatment is necessary for the application of the request of the interested party of pre-contractual measures by virtue of the provisions of art. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Registration for activities promoted by SREG:The personal data you provide in the contact form (name, surname, email, company, country) will be processed by SREG for the purposes of managing your registration for commercial activities organized by SREG or by third party collaborators (workshops, demo sessions, one-to-one meetings, events, congresses, exhibitions, etc.).
The legal basis for the aforementioned is that the treatment of personal data is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is subject to the provisions established under article. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Before doing so, SREG has carried out a proportionality analysis between its legitimate interest and the rights and freedoms of its users, the conclusions of which you can request via dataprotection@laligatech.com.

Elaboration of detailed profiles: SREG will create a detailed profile of you so that it can offer you personalized information and products by sending commercial communications via email (provided that you have given consent for the purpose of "SREG Commercial Communications").

TO WHAT RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
Your personal data will be communicated to LaLiga Content Protection, S.L. with CIF B01789593 and registered offices at calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043, Madrid, Spain in order to provide you with information about its services, exclusively and only as long as you have requested specific information about "Content protection" and "Content Integrity" services in the Contact Form. Remember that you can exercise your rights as indicated in the section What are your rights when you provide your personal data?. . The communication of your data is needed in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
