End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Selefra

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (referred to as "End-User," "User," or "You") and Selefra Inc. ("Selefra") governing the use of the Selefra software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Selefra Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Grant of License: Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Selefra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Selefra Service for your internal business purposes, solely in accordance with the documentation provided by Selefra.
Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Selefra Service, including any intellectual property rights, belong to Selefra. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights under this Agreement, and any use of the Selefra Service shall not grant you any intellectual property rights.
Restrictions: You agree to use the Selefra Service only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You shall not: a. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Selefra Service. b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Selefra Service, except as permitted by law. c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Selefra Service. d. Use the Selefra Service to violate the rights of any third party or engage in any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
Data Privacy: Selefra may collect and process certain personal information and data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Selefra Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Support and Maintenance: Selefra will provide reasonable support and maintenance for the Selefra Service as described in its support documentation. However, Selefra does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Service.
Fees and Payment: You agree to pay the fees as specified by Selefra for the use of the Selefra Service. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in a separate agreement or on the Selefra website. Failure to pay the fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Selefra may terminate or suspend your access to the Selefra Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Selefra Service, and any provisions of this Agreement that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selefra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Selefra Service, even if Selefra has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Selefra is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Selefra regarding the Selefra Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
By accessing or using the Selefra Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Selefra Service
