Product offerings, Product Specifications, Product Subscription Fees, applicable Hosting Terms and Fees, Consulting Service Fees, developed application specifications, and any Product and Service deliverables shall be described in a Proposal, a Statement of Work, or other document, each reflecting the relevant terms and conditions (Specifications) and signed by the Provider (“PARIS”) and the Customer.  Agreements will include a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, the Proposal/Statement of Work, a Hosted Services Agreement, and where relevant a Consulting Services Agreement.  Products are licensed and provided via Subscription Offerings.
