Terms and Conditions 
•	The agreement will auto renew in case the customer does not cancel 2-month prior the end of the contract term. 
•	If the customer requests the cancellation, the full outstanding amount along with the projected dues should be fully paid before the transition. 
•	The customer is responsible of securing the user-names that have access to the azure subscription. In case of any anomaly or consumption spike resulting from a breach to the subscription, the customer is fully responsible on covering the fees.
•	Exquitech will provide basic support for the customer on Azure services issues and cases to be opened with Microsoft. The basic support does not include any third-party software installed on Azure SaaS, IaaS and PaaS in addition to any new implementation, preventive maintenance or corrective action.
•	Additional benefits and premier support will be part of the managed services tier selected by the customer.
•	Exquitech and Microsoft will not access or do any changes to the subscription without the approval of the customer.
•	Exquitech will not be responsible for any loss of data, server software, ransom or virus affecting any of the customer environment.
•	The customer is responsible for securing their users and tenants from being breached. In case of any breach impacting any financial activity or spike coming from a misuse or fraud on the customer tenant, the customer will be responsible for covering any financial impact to the partner.
•	In case the customer does not pay the fees based on the terms mentioned under “Payment terms” with more than 30 days delay from payment due date, Exquitech have the right to terminate the service.
•	In case the customer requests to add any global administrator on the tenant, the customer will be fully responsible for any malicious financial or operational activity resulting from the user.
•	Prices may vary in case the customer upgrades, adds, or modifies any resources.
•	The customer confirms that every global administrator/ subscription owner on the tenant will have MFA enabled for securing his environment from any breach or fraud that may cause financial implications which the customer will be responsible for.
•	The Customer authorizes Exquitech to add Alerts on the subscription related to the consumption spike for cost monitoring.
