Term 

The entire agreement is subject to a one-year term invoiced monthly. The agreement is subject to cancellation by either party by submitting a three-month cancellation notice in writing. 

The Managed Services outlined above are subject to review on an annual basis due to the ever-evolving nature of services released by Microsoft.  

Payment Terms 

All prices quoted exclude VAT.  Actual payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
