Proceeding with this offer, you

1.  need to have Global Administrator rights for your Azure tenant
2.  grant BUI Delegate Administrator Rights to select subscriptions through Azure Lighthouse
3.  agree to BUI standard Terms and Conditions [https://www.bui.co.za/legal/bui-pty-ltd-standard-terms-conditions/]
4.  grant BUI permission to contact you to finalize onboarding
5.  agree to signing a Master Services Agreement with BUI (Pty) Ltd for a period of 12 months
6.  agree to pay the monthly service fee
7.  understand that Azure costs are excluded from this offer and Azure fees will transact through your existing agreement with Microsoft
8.  agree to assigning BUI as your CPOR/PAL partner for the duration of this agreement
9.  professional service fees and hardware costs depends on your network typology and will be confirmed during the discovery phase
