This End User License Agreement (EULA), accepted by Client’s deployment of the IBM Program, governs the license of the following IBM Program: Cloud Pak for Data Base The following terms apply, and Client accepts these terms by deploying the IBM Program via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Any referenced document that requires a signature is deemed to be signed and agreed to by acceptance of this EULA. In the resulting list, scroll to find the version level of the code being deployed, and review all IBM Program terms associated with that version. The License Information file and terms for Separately Licensed Code, if applicable, are also contained in the deployed IBM Program. Client agrees that the applicable and binding license terms are those that are available at the web site above that are specific to the version of the Program that Client deploys, and that this applies to new versions of the IBM Program made available to Client via the Azure Marketplace. IBM may update the terms of this EULA, and such updated terms will apply when published.
