NICE inContact CXone Agent for Microsoft Dynamics app is an incremental monthly per-seat fee in addition to the standard monthly per-seat fees for our NICE inContact CXone Contact Center Solution. 

Customer relationship management (“CRM”) integrations created by NICE inContact are programs that interface the NICE inContact Platform to third-party programs. The NICE inContact license for any CRM integrations may not include access or a license for any third-party CRM product. It is Customer’s sole obligation to obtain and maintain any such third-party access or license.
