The Customer shall pay the remuneration agreed for services and any additional services. Any need for changes in the supplier's standard setup is in addition to the agreed payment unless otherwise agreed. If remuneration is not agreed, the supplier's standard rates are used. Travel time is charged at 50% of the standard consultant hourly rate.
Subscriptions are invoiced quarterly in advance while transaction-based amounts are billed in arrears every month. All Invoicing has a 14 calendar days payment due date.
Invoices and any credit notes and reminders are preferably sent in EHF format to the Customer. Invoice fees may apply for paper invoices.
The Supplier may transfer invoices to a third party for collection without the prior written consent of the Customer. 
Prices can be index-regulated every year, regardless of the contract period. Statistics Norway's consumer price index every year applies from January 1. Prices may generally be changed with 3 months’ notice from the Supplier.
In case of late payment, or deferred approval date due to circumstances for which the customer is responsible, delay interest is paid in accordance with the applicable percentage rate in accordance with the act on interest on late payment.
The contract period applies from the date the service is activated, no later than 3 months after signing, of which subscription billing starts regardless of whether the Customer uses the service or not. Transactions are also invoiced after 3 months with a factor of 50% of annual volume stated at the time of signing the contract. The exception is if Compello causes a delay in delivery.
The contract period is 3 years and standard notice period is 6 months valid from the 1st of the following month of termination. The agreement is automatically extended by one year at a time, unless it is terminated in writing by one of the parties no later than 3 months before the expiry of the contract.
Prices are based on the transactional volume (invoices, documents stated by the customer and can be changed in the event of significant deviations.
All rates are quoted exclusive of VAT and other government taxes and fees.
