• We will be providing free support for this add-on for the period of 6 months (warranty period) from the date of sale. Then after, if any problems arise then fixing them will be chargeable on an hourly basis. 

• If this add-on would crash or do not function correctly due to an update/roll-ups or upgrade that happen at production server or CRM online instance then the support call at that time will be chargeable on an hourly basis even though it happens within the warranty period. 

• This add-on is developed using HTML5 technology. At present, it is well-known technology and running well with various web browsers. In case, in future, if Microsoft or any of the web browsers stop providing support for it, then we will not be responsible for that change. The support call at that time will be chargeable on an hourly basis even though it happens within the warranty period. However, if we will redevelop this add-on using other similar technology then the upgraded version will be updated to your server at free of cost for sure.
