DEFINITIONS

 [b] 'You' or 'Customer' means individual, other legal entity, or other
     business, governmental, or not-for-profit organization.

COLLECTED INFORMATION AND USE
We do not collect any personally identifiable information beyond:
 [a] E-mail address upon voluntary submission.
 [b] First name upon voluntary submission.
 [c] Last name upon voluntary submission.
 [d] Company upon voluntary submission.
 [e] Time, date, IP address and browser user-agent information.
 [f] Stripe transaction tokens generated through purchases.

All financial transactions are processed through Stripe [www.stripe.com] and
no personally identifiable details of the transaction are stored with Us.  We
record the success or failure of transactions, the transaction tokens generated
by Stripe, as well as the time, date, and IP address of the source of the
transaction.

Transaction token information is used to record successful Customer purchases
for the generation and validation of licenses and the validation of support
claims. Names and e-mail addresses are used solely for verification and direct
contact purposes.  Under no circumstances will We knowingly or willfully
release Customer information unless required by law.

COLLECTION CHOICES
Any information beyond that which is normally submitted by internet browser
applications in the service of processing web page access is voluntarily
submitted by the Customer.

INFORMATION ACCESS
You may decline future contact from Us or express any concerns related to
collected information by contacting Us with the information outlined in the
contact section below.

INFORMATION SECURITY
Information is protected with best-effort measures commensurate with the value
of the information.  Technical and logical separations are implemented where
warranted.  We practice a need-to-know information access policy dictated by
employee position requirements.

POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify, delete and add to this policy at any time.
