Macaw - Desk Planner App - Terms of use

By using the software, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, do not use the software.

1. INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS.
•	Use. Within your organization you may install and use any number of copies of the software on any personal devices for use by employees of your organization.
•	Related Software. The software may need licensed software or services to work, for example Microsoft PowerPlatform. These licenses are not part of the software. The license terms with those software or services apply to your use of them. 

2. SUPPORT SERVICES. Because this software is “as is,” Macaw does not provide any implementation or support services for it, unless agreed upon in a separate agreement on services. For this you can contact Macaw through contact@macaw.nl (Subject: Support Service Desk Planner App). 

3. APPLICABLE LAW. Dutch law governs the interpretation of terms of use and applies to claims for breach of it, regardless of conflict of laws principles. 

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. The software is licensed “as-is.” You bear the risk of using it. Macaw gives no warranties, guarantees or conditions. LIMITATION ON AND EXCLUSION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES. You cannot recover from Macaw any direct or indirect damages. It also applies even if Macaw knew or should have known about the possibility of the damages. That also includes consequential, lost profits, special, indirect or incidental damages.
